1. To facilitate shipping, the dog car seat is vacuum-packed. The product will recover its fluffiness after 2-3 days.
2. For regular maintenance, gently brush off any loose dirt or hair. If the cover gets soiled, wipe it clean with a damp cloth using mild soap or detergent.
3. For deeper cleaning, remove the cover and wash it in cold water with a mild detergent.

Our 6 year old bedlington cross gets very stressed in a car. We’ve tried numerous beds, mattresses and calming sprays with no effect, he whines, barks, shakes and pants, so we avoid taking him in the car. We thought we’d try this car seat/bed as we had an upcoming 5 hour journey. What a revelation! He curled up and was quite settled. Even though it is secured with a strap at the back, we also hooked a bungee strap from the front of the bed and around the headrest in front to make the front more secure. The bed is waterproof with a comfortable cushion, handy pockets for treats and toys. I would highly recommend.

Disappointing

I was really looking forward to receiving this item. Our golden retriever puppy had grown out of his car crate and I was looking for something abit more comfy. Ordered the XL. Size was okay but the whole thing looks cheap/flimsy and poorly made - absolutely not worth £105 I paid for it. The pillow inserts are cheap and light - my puppy just looks uncomfortable in it.
It will do for a couple of months until I can justify buying something else more sturdy. Waste of money to be honest.

I've tested this out on multiple journey's now and humans are really happy with it as it's much safer for me. The travel seat is strapped securely around the car seat so it doesn't move whilst driving.
