Poor customer service

Item took forever to arrive, arrived far too late, all attempts to contact Jubilees re returning late item were ignored. I would not use recommend at all sadly.

I've tested this out on multiple journey's now and humans are really happy with it as it's much safer for me. The travel seat is strapped securely around the car seat so it doesn't move whilst driving.
