Excellent - I only wish it was a more exciting colour

Robust, roomy and with great pockets. Our young cat is very happy in it and it is secure to use on back while walking or cycling, as well as to take in the car. Pockets very helpful. Expandable tent section very useful for some extra room when travelling and also to act as a secure 'me space' when leaving cat with others. I did a lot of looking before choosing this purchase and I'm very pleased with it. The only thing I wish it that it was a more exciting colour as I like bright colours! Other than that, it is perfect or should I say purrfect?! :-)

Product good. Company misrepresented itself

I bought from Julibees in good faith. I'd never bought from them before. Business address is in East London, so I thought (silly me) that the warehouse must be in the UK too. The people replying to my messages had British names, allegedly. Now, I thought my item would come within a week. It took two. I made some enquiries and found out the item was coming from CHINA. If I had known this and that the 48 tracked was a nonsense, I wouldn't have bothered ordering. I don't use Temu because of its poor ethics, how do I not know Julibees is not doing similar? I don't. Avoid like the plague.

This product is both sturdy and comfortable to wear, and my cat loves it! We let him get accustomed to it before a long journey. During the trip, I could expand the back section easily. I appreciate the safety latches on each zipper to ensure our furry friend doesn't escape if left unattended for a moment. It's incredibly convenient for our adventures together.

I needed a carrier for easy transport to the vet and for moving. This backpack feels more robust than another one I ordered. It folds and stores easily and provides plenty of space when fully extended. The locking zippers are a nice bonus to prevent escape artists from getting out.

I'm impressed with the quality of this carrier. My 15 lb kitty found it very comfortable and had room to move around. She could even eat with her bowls inside. I've tested this out on multiple journey's now and humans are really happy with it as it's much safer for me. The travel seat is strapped securely around the car seat so it doesn't move whilst driving.
