Where does Julibee's ship?
We ship to UK, US(not including APO&FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories), Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain.
How much does shipping cost?
Free Shipping On All Orders!
When will I receive my order?
We try our best to process all orders within 1-3 business days of receipt, but it can take longer during peak periods (holiday seasons, big sales, etc...).
You'll receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped out.
Than the Delivery takes:
5-8 Business Days to UK
5-8 Business Days to most EU countries (Germany, France, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands and Spain)
6-10 Business Days to Australia
6-10 Business Days to US
6-12 Business Days to Canada
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if we can catch it in time, we will help to update your order. please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your pay your order, you’ll receive an email, which provides a link to order tracking details. You can also track your order from our site,Order Tracking. Sometimes, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to upgrate tracking infomation.
Returns and Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We accept unused items return within 30 days. The product should be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return shipping is not covered by Julibee Selected.The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Please allow 7 business days for returns to be processed.
Once the returned item is received we will refund you the cost of the item, excluding any shipping costs. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, refunding procedure will be initiated. Your refund will be completed within 7 business days through your original paying channel.
How do I make a return or exchange?
